Maguire Jail Bail Bonds Information

When someone is arrested in San Mateo County, they will be taken to the San Mateo County Jail for booking and processing. This could take anywhere between 2-6 hours and will include fingerprinting, photographs (mug shots), a background check and warrant search. The defendant will also be searched for weapons and contraband. Personal property will be collected and held until they are released.

Once booking is complete, we will be able to post the bond for their release. After the bond is posted, it could take between 2-4 hours for the defendant to be released from the jail.
